Aprašymas
This book presents a comprehensive study on the manufacturing process of roll-bonded 6014 aluminium alloy cooling plates for thermal management systems in new energy vehicles. Focusing on the complete process chain, including roll bonding, solution heat treatment, quenching, inflation forming, and ageing, it investigates how thermal-mechanical history influences microstructural evolution and mechanical properties. The research reveals the decisive roles of key process parameters, such as preheating temperature, quenching conditions, and natural ageing, in determining forming behaviour and the final performance of cooling plates. In addition, the potential of an innovative high-temperature roll bonding process followed by direct quenching is evaluated as an alternative manufacturing route. The findings provide important theoretical insights and practical guidance for process optimization and industrial production of high-strength aluminium alloy cooling plates.
